Commission Member Biographies: Precyous P. Council Anchorage Public Safety Advisory Commission member since 2004 Born in Chester, Pennsylvania Alaska resident since 1985 Bachelors degree in Social Work, 1999 Precyous is a supervisor and probation/parole officer for the State of Alaska.  She has provided foster care services for the last 10 years.  Precyous also volunteers with the Anchorage Senior Center, her church, and her condominium association.  She enjoys reading and meeting new people and has one son and one daughter.
