2007 Draft Municipality of Anchorage Standard Specifications (M.A.S.S.)
The 2007 Draft version of the Municipality of Anchorage Standard Specifications (M.A.S.S.), will be available here for review.
Two versions are available, a new "clean" version and a version showing the old language lined through with proposed language underlined. Each M.A.S.S. division will have its standard details in a third file.
