Building Project Management

The Building Project Management Division provides feasibility studies, design, project and construction management services for public facilities, including new construction and major renovations, in the Anchorage bowl, Eagle River, Chugiak and Girdwood. These project management, engineering, and construction services are generally contracted to local Alaskan firms.

Typical projects include new fire stations, police and jail expansions, senior centers, maintenance facilities, sports and recreation facilities and support for non-profit facilities.
