Title 21 Rewrite Project (main page) Adopted Chapters The following chapters of the Title 21 Rewrite Project have been adopted by the Assembly and are currently in effect:  Chapter 21.09, Girdwood November 1, 2005 AO 2005-81(S)  Chapter 21.11, Signs August 19, 2003 AO 2003-62(S-1) The following chapters of the Title 21 Rewrite Project have been adopted by the Assembly, but will not take effect until the entire new code is adopted:  Chapter 21.01, General Provisions April 10, 2007 AO 2006-172  Chapter 21.02, Boards, Commissions, and  Municipal Administration April 10, 2007 AO 2006-172  Chapter 21.08, Subdivision Standards April 10, 2007 AO 2006-172*  Chapter 21.12, Nonconformities December 11, 2007 AO 2007-116  Chapter 21.13, Enforcement April 10, 2007 AO 2006-172 *Chapter 21.08, Subdivision Standards, was amended by AO 2007-82 on June 12, 2007, making section 21.08.060, regarding subdivision agreements, effective as of June 12, 2007, applicable to all preliminary plat applications submitted after June 12, 2007.
