Maintenance & Operations Department The Maintenance & Operations Department consists of three divisions - Facility & Fleet Maintenance, Resource Management, and Street Maintenance. Under the direction of Alan Czajkowski, we complete a major portion of the maintenance needs throughout Anchorage, and the surrounding communities.  These maintenance activities are accomplished using Municipal employees along with maintenance contractors.
