CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SECTION

Contract Management Section provides contract management for the day to day operation and oversight for professional service contracts.  This includes custodial services, snow removal, window washing and other similar operational services provided through contract to outside entities.

Managed Facilities Branch oversees contracts for the renovation and upgrade of the Municipality's major recreational facilities. This includes the Sullivan Arena, the Egan Convention Center, the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Ben Boeke and Dempsey Anderson Ice Arenas and Harry J. McDonald Memorial Center.

Contract Management also provides Project Administration over any renovation/upgrade/repair to any municipal facility including the Anchorage School Districts swimming pools that is $100,000 or less.
