In the past two years, since taking over the Anchorage School Districts swimming pools we have or are in the process of  upgraded all mechanical systems that came with the facilities. 

Fire Station #11

Since taking over the building from Enstar Natural Gas in 2000.  We have remodeled the building, installed a new generator, repaved and brought all aspects of the building up to code.

Loussac Library Carpet Replacement

We are currently replacing the carpet at the Loussac Library.  This project involves several different contractors to complete the job.  Including a contractor to securely move books and shelves.
