ACTIVITY GUIDE The Parks & Recreation Activity Guide (9.44MB) is a  publication that comes out in the Anchorage Daily News 3 times a year. Typically this booklet is published the last Sunday in April, August and December each year.  The Fall edition will appear  in the Sunday paper, August 31 for subscribers.    For the convenience of others, the Activity Guide is distributed the week after the Sunday publication, and can be picked up at the following sites: Mt.
