Veterans' Memorial Redevelopment

In June, 2007 Mayor Mark Begich appointed the Veterans' Memorial Blue Ribbon Task Force to guide the design of future improvements to the Anchorage Veterans' Memorial on Delaney Park.  The results of their work are presented in the following Final Report.  The report's recommendations to the Mayor culminates a deliberate public process that carefully weighed the interests of Anchorage’s Veterans community, the input of the broad public, and the requirements of the Delaney Park Master Plan.

The Task Force's recommendations to the Mayor are scheduled to continue through the following public bodies for review and approval.
