Businesses needing to reserve on street metered or signed spaces in the downtown area on a short term basis may rent meter bags or reserved/no parking signs from AP. Businesses must meet Municipal Code 9.34.080 requirements, AP Policy requirements, and sign a contract agreement with AP. If the Vehicle is non-standard, oversized or may impede Right of Way, please contact the Right of Way office at 343-8240. Meter bags and signs are not for individual use and vehicles parked in these areas must have appropriate business signage affixed to them. Companies that conduct business in the downtown area frequently and move to various locations may inquire about renting bags on an annual basis. Bags may not be used in one area on a long term basis. Contact Customer Service for further information.
