7th and G Street Garage (Lot 31)
This 471-space garage entry is on G street and exits to H street.  Permit parking only Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m.  Public parking Monday-Friday, 6 p.m.-6 a.m. and 24 hours on weekends.
6th and H Street Garage (Lot 32)
This 587-space garage entry is on H street and exits to G street.  Permit parking only Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-3 p.m.  Public parking Monday-Friday, 3 p.m.-6 a.m. and 24 hours on weekends.
5th and B Street Garage (Lot 33)
This 1,100-space garage is the main parking area for the 5th Avenue Mall.  Entry is on B Street between 5th and 6th Avenue and on 4th Avenue.  Exits are B Street, C Street and 4th Avenue.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
JC Penny Garage (Lot 34)
This 568-space garage entry is on 6th Avenue and on E Street.  Exits to D Street.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 

Park Strip Lot (Lot 50)
This 180-space on-street parking is located on the south side of 10th Avenue between "B" Street and "L" Street.  Permit parking Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and public parking is available during the evening and weekends.

A/C Couplet (Lot 13)
This 158-space lot is located on the north side of 3rd Avenue between "A" Street and "C" Street. Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Monthly parkers who want inexpensive parking often choose this location for its affordable cost.
7th and I Lot (Lot 17)
This 64-space lot is located on 7th Avenue between "I" Street and "K" Street, across the street from the Downtown Marriott Hotel.  Permit parking only.
Lower Bowl (Lot 12)
This 325-space lot is located on 3rd Avenue between "E" Street and "C" Street.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The Weekend Market is held on this lot on Saturdays and Sundays from May-September.
Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel (Lot 15)
This 102-space lot is located directly behind the Howard Johnson on the south side of 3rd Avenue between "A" Street and "C" Street.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Post Office Mall (Lot 14)
This 103-space lot is located on 3rd Avenue and "C" Street.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Court Lot (Lot 21)
This 72-space lot is restricted during the day for tenant parking and is available for public parking during the evenings and weekends.

Area 1 (Lot 100)
This 75-space on-street parking area is located on Cordova from 6th to 9th Avenue and the South side of 6th Avenue from Cordova to Fairbanks.  This also includes the first three meters to the North of 6th Ave on Cordova. Permit parking Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and public parking is available during the evening and weekends.
Area 3 & 4
This 120-meter on-street space is located between 5th - 9th and I St. - M St.  Permit and metered parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3rd & L Street (Lot 22)
This 10-space lot is located on 3rd & L Street. Open to the public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Koniag (Lot 24)
This 88-space lot is located between 5th and 6th on B Street.  Permit and public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Augustine Lot (Lot 28)
This 67-space lot can be accessed from G Street or 6th Avenue.  Open to public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Convenient location for a visit to City Hall, Bus Transit Center, Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, local restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

Augustine West (Lot 28 Expansion)
This 17-space lot can be accessed from G Street or 6th Avenue.  Open to public parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Convenient location for a visit to City Hall, Bus Transit Center, Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, local restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
