The 2008 Benefit Open Enrollment period will be held from Thursday, November 1, 2007 through Monday, December 3, 2007. 

To participate in Benefit Open Enrollment you must be eligible to participate in the Municipality’s flexible benefit program or be a member of the IBEW.  Eligible participants must be regular employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week.  Members of the Operating Engineers or Laborers Local 71 are not eligible to participate.

Use the links on the left side of this page to access specific benefit information you need to make informed decisions regarding your benefits. 

All enrollment forms are PDF/Fillable.  Each enrollment form can be completed online.  Print, sign and return the form to the Benefits section by December 3, 2007 at 5:00 pm.  Enrollment forms received after the deadline will not be processed.

Coverage will be effective January 1, 2008, and premium deductions will begin on your paycheck dated January 11, 2008.
