Municipal Volunteer Internships
Dear Students: My office is coordinating three different intern programs; each has somewhat different requirements and goals. An internship and honor’s mentorship will be available to high school students, as well as a college internship program that will be offered to University of Alaska Anchorage and Alaska Pacific University students. High school students have the ability to receive elective credit through the Credit by Choice program approved by Mike Henry, Executive Director of High School Education. College students can pursue credit opportunities through their individual degree departments.
