Below is the criteria for winning the CREATE Award:

1. Community Service: Nominees are doing positive things with their lives, improving their schools, and/or helping the wider community through community service.           
2. Personal Challenge: Nominees have overcome a personal challenge that speaks to their strength of character.           
3. Vision: Nominees are great kids!  They have a vision for themselves and others.           
4. Student Status: Nominees should be in their junior or senior year in high school and academically and in terms of attendance in good standing.           
5. Residency:  Nominees are residents of the Municipality of Anchorage.
