How To Use This Site

This website is optimized for Internet Explorer 5.5.  If you're using Netscape you may experience problems with some pages. The Municipality uses pdf as a standard format for posting documents to the web.  To view these documents you will need Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free from Adobe.com.

On the right of most pages will be Related Links, Related Agencies, External Links and Featured Links.

  • Related Links will be links relating to the topic of the page.       
  • Related Agencies will be links to Municipal agencies or departments related to the topic of the page or agencies or departments that contributed contents to the page.       
  • External Links are links to websites outside of the Municipality of Anchorage website.       
  • Featured Links are featured topics from the Municipality's homepage.

In the navigation bar towards the top right corner is a Find button that will take you to a page that will search the Municipality of Anchorage website.
