The Real Estate Services Division is located on the first floor of the Permit Center, at 4700 Elmore Rd. (south of Tudor).
Real Estate Services is responsible for coordinating records on all municipally owned lands not in the Heritage Land Bank inventory. Real Estate Services is also responsible for managing foreclosed properties. For more information, please follow the links in the right-hand column of this page.
Purpose: Our mission is to buy, sell and lease land for other municipal departments and maintain the municipal land inventory. Real Estate Services also forecloses and sells properties delinquent on taxes and assessments.
