Child Care Assistance Program

The Child Care Assistance Program provides financial assistance for child care expenses to eligible families for parents who are working, looking for a job or attending educational and vocational training.

Senior Services

The Municipality of Anchorage serves seniors and their families throughout Anchorage from Eklutna to Girdwood. The Municipality owns Anchorage Senior Activity Center and Chugiak Senior Center and provides on-going assistance and grant funding to their programs.
