Reproductive Health Clinic For information and appointments: 343-4623  (Back to Community Health Services index)    [Updated 25 September 2007] New clinic hours start October 1st, 2007 Monday 9 am - 6 pm Tuesday 9 am - 6 pm Teen Clinic: 1 pm - 6 pm Wednesday 1 pm - 6 pm Thursday 9 am - 6 pm Friday 8 am - 5 pm     Mission Statement  To promote the sexual and reproductive health for men and women through: direct clinical services that prevent unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections      health education presentations      professional staff training   Confidential Services:  Counseling for Responsible Healthy Choices      Annual Exams      Sexually Transmitted Infection Evaluation and Treatment     Contraception       Pregnancy Tests       Blood Draws for HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis       Referrals      Follow-up of Abnormal Pap Smears      Partner Notification  Costs:  Sliding fee based on income and family size.  Insurance and Medicaid accepted.  No one is refused service due to inability to pay.  Donations are accepted. Appointments:  Appointments are encouraged.  Walk-in clients are offered the next available appointment that meets their needs.  To make an appointment, please call 343-4623.
