Joe Cipri, the artist/sculptor of the Alaska Fallen Firefighter Memorial is a native of Denver, Colorado and has served twenty years with the Denver Fire Dept. Joe has served as an Advisor to the Denver Mayor's Council on Cultural Arts since 1992.
His reputation combines inspiration with talent. Since he started his firefighter career 20 years ago, Cipri has evolved from a modest artist to a serious sculptor with memorial designs across the country.
