General Payment Information For the first time, credit card is being offered as a payment option for individuals appearing on the Delinquent Criminal/Civil Fines and Fees (DCF) receivable list.  Official Payments Corporation is a third party provider selected to receive a variety of credit card payment options including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Credit card transactions can be made by phone or by internet.  A nominal convenience fee is charged by Official Payments Corporation.  Click here for further discussion regarding credit card payment options. Payment may also be mailed or made in-person.  Make checks, money orders, cashier checks or travelers checks payable to: Municipality of Anchorage (MOA).   Important:  Write your full case # (up to 15 alpha-numeric characters) on your check.
