Program Development Division
The Program Development Division identifies capital project needs and scopes, evaluates and prioritizes them and develops funding plans for administration and assembly approval. The division also manages the Road Improvement District Program (RID) and maintains the department's project information database. Other specific goals/responsibilities include:
- Development of a six-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that addresses the needs and priorities of a growing community.
- Management of the Road Improvement District (RID) program, which is property owner requested projects.
- Coordinates state grant requests through the legislative program
- Coordinates funding of the road bond
