Project Management Division

The Project Management Division provides project management services on road, safety, drainage, parks, trails, and building capital projects. The goal is to deliver capital improvement projects that are useful, timely, cost-effective, and safe. Key elements of project management include needs analysis, concept scoping, project estimating, design development, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, public involvement, construction, and coordination with other agencies.

Project Management & Engineering also provides project management of parks and trails services for the Parks and Recreation Department. The Staff trained in Landscape Architecture also supports road development projects in performing inspection services of road landscaping.
