The Geotechnical Services Division provides geotechnical and environmental subsurface investigation, quality control/acceptance testing, and materials certification. This provides quality assurance for the design and construction of Municipal capital improvement projects.

Other specific goals/responsibilities include: Accurate, cost-effective quality control testing of Portland Cement Concrete used on capital improvement projects and assurance that all Portland Cement Concrete used on capital improvement projects meets specification.
