Weatherization
Emergency Shelter Grant
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Annually, the Department of Neighborhoods solicits a competitive RFP to provide grants to selected applicants who will acquire, rehabilitate, or construct capital projects for the purpose of providing services to low and moderate income persons.
HOME Investment Partnership
The rental housing development program provides grants to projects for acquisition, rehabilitation or construction of rental units affordable to families at or below 80% median family income. This is a non-competitive sole source program. Applications for funding at considered on a first come first serve basis. Agencies may submit an application at any time.
