The AHO handles the following types of cases:

• Hearings under Title 14 (See fine schedule AMC 14.60.030 for Jurisdiction) Administrative appeals such as DHHS licensure determination and Transportation Inspection regulartory actions
• Post Seizure Probable Cause Hearings
• Animal Control Hearings under TItle 17
