Mobile Homes

Assessment Return Application

If the mobile home is located in a mobile home park it is considered personal property. All personal property owners must file a Mobile Home Assessment Return by January 15th of each year. The return asks owners to confirm information regarding their mobile home and report any purchase or sale of a mobile home.

This application is for the sale or purchase of a mobile home within the Municipality of Anchorage.  Mobile homes are considered personal property and are taxable according to Anchorage Municipal Code Title 12.

We will research seven years back for outstanding/delinquent taxes owing before the certificate can be issued and is used by the Municipality  to make ownership changes.
