Rust in Peace Program
The Municipalities Rust in Peace (R.I.P.) program is a campaign to remove abandoned vehicles from city streets and private residential property and to make Anchorage a cleaner, safer place to live. The Municipality of Anchorage is offering FREE towing service for the removal of junked vehicles from private residential property.* The vehicles will be removed at no expense to the property owner or the vehicle owner.
