Information for Families, Individuals, and Landlords

In the advancement of affordable housing, the Department of Neighborhoods provides assistance to low/moderate-income families and individuals utilizing HUD's CDBG and HOME Program funds.  Eligible families are assisted with purchasing housing, both new and existing, and with the rehabilitation of substandard housing.

Housing Programs
