Bill Starr is a local area businessman and resides with his family in the Eagle River Valley. He has served his community as a past three term President of the Eagle River Valley Community Council and two term Commissioner on the Anchorage Planning and Zoning Commission.  Previous management of Alpenglow Ski Area and youth sports coach rounds out his volunteer commitment to his community. Bill and his wife, Jacque, have 3 children. Ryan and Megan have both graduated from ASD and are pursuing degrees at UAA. Jordan is a sophomore at the new Eagle River High School. When not attending to Assembly challenges, you’ll find Bill adventure flying throughout the State enjoying its bounties and splendor. He represents Chugiak/Eagle River, EAFB/Fort Rich, and a portion of Muldoon. His current term expires in 2011.
