About Us Municipal Addressing is the official regulatory authority on street addresses for the entire municipality. We create and maintain a collection of all existing, approved addresses and all private and public street names. What we do: Assign all new addresses for the entire municipality. Research problem or questionable addresses.     Correct/change any necessary addresses. Maintain list of all approved street names, including both private and public streets. Approve all new proposed street names through platting process and private street development. Change street names, as necessary. Encourage property owners to post their approved addresses. Provide correct address information to other Municipal agencies, State and federal government agencies, utilities, and private companies and citizens. (No property owner names are included with this information.)
