ACDA Board of Directors
The Authority is governed by the Board of Directors consisting of nine members appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by the Assembly. In addition, two members of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly are appointed to serve as "ex officio" members of the Board.

ACDA Board Meetings
Members of the public are invited to all Board and Committee meetings. To request to speak at an ACDA Board Meeting, submit a Guest Speakers Request. Without a "Guest Speakers Request", general public comment at an ACDA Board Meetings may be limited to three minutes per individual or five minutes per organization.
To request reasonable accommodations at a Board Meeting for a disability or limited English proficiency, call (907) 297-4431 at least 48 hours in advance.
