The Municipal Rights-of-Way are closed to normal construction activities requiring excavation within the road prism, as of October 22, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. Emergency work, the installation of essential services and trenchless technology in the road prism and work outside of the road prism will be allowed under winter construction specifications. To obtain a Right-of-Way permit under winter conditions for the installation of essential services, submit a written request to this office indicating the reason for the essential utility connection and a drawing showing the location of the new service connection. The Right-of-Way supervisor will review the request.
