Any aggrieved person may appeal the grant or denial of a certificate to the Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals within thirty days of the Planning Division Deputy Director's determination.  Anyone who believes they have information that should cause an application to be denied, modified or rejected must present that information to the Deputy Director no later than 5:00 p.m. April 28, 2014.  All such information must be delivered to the Department of Community Development, Planning Division, 4700 Elmore Road or mailed to:
