THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS ACCEPTED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING DIVISION, FOR CONSIDERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANCHORAGE MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 21.  THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR SHALL TAKE ACTION ON THE APPLICATION LISTED BELOW ON MONDAY, AUGUST 25, 2014.  ANYONE WHO BELIEVES THEY HAVE INFORMATION THAT SHOULD CAUSE AN APPLICATION TO BE APPROVED, MODIFIED, OR DENIED SHOULD PRESENT THAT INFORMATION TO THE PLANNING DIVISION NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2014.  ALL SUCH INFORMATION MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING DIVISION, 4700 ELMORE ROAD, ANCHORAGE, OR MAILED TO PLANNING DIVISION, DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE, PO BOX 196650, ANCHORAGE, AK  99519-6650.
