NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following ordinances and resolutions at its regular meeting of August 6, 2013. The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali:
Resolution No. AR 2013-190, a resolution of the Municipality of Anchorage reappropriating $476,695 to the State Direct/Federal Pass Through Grants Fund (231) from the Anchorage Roads and Drainage Service Area Capital Improvement Fund (441) in the Public Works Department for the 40th Avenue Extension Road Improvement Project from Lake Otis Parkway to Dale Street, from the legislative grants in the State of Alaska Senate Bill 221/256.
The above-referenced documents are available for examination at the Clerk's Office, City Hall, 632 W. 6th Avenue, Room 250, Anchorage, Alaska.
