The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following legislation at its regular meeting of December 19, 2017. The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali:
Ordinance No. AO 2017-136, an ordinance providing for the submission to the qualified voters of Anchorage, Alaska, the question of the issuance of Not To Exceed $700,000 of General Obligation Bonds of the Municipality of Anchorage To pay the costs of Areawide Public Safety Improvements (Acquisition of an additional ambulance for the Anchorage Fire Department Fleet) and related capital improvements and the question of an increase in the municipal tax cap limitation to pay associated operations and maintenance costs at the Election to be held in the Municipality on April 3, 2018, Assembly Chair Traini.
