A non-mandatory meeting for discussion of the proposal will be held at 1:30 P.M. Local Time, February 21, 2019 in the Purchasing Office at the above address.
Proposals must be received prior to 5:00 P.M. Local Time, March 8, 2019 at the Purchasing Office, 632 W. 6th Avenue, Suite 520, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 (Mailing Address: PO Box 196650, Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6650).
