TAX PAYMENTS
The second half due date for 2018 real property tax payments is August 15, 2018. Late payments are subject to a 10% penalty and interest at the rate of 6.75% per annum.
Payments may be mailed to the Municipal Tax Office at P.O. Box 196040, Anchorage, AK 99519-6040, made in-person at City Hall, 632 West 6th Ave., Suite 330, or made via the internet. Checks should be made payable to MOA.
