Anchorage 2020 Comprehensive Plan
The final adopted version of Anchorage 2020 - Anchorage Bowl Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted by the municipal Assembly on February 20, 2001, is available for purchase at the municipal Planning Department.

Town Center Master Plans
  town center logo The Municipality has initiated a master planning process for two Town Centers in the Northway Mall and Abbott Road areas. It is also participating in a planning process initiated by a private developer for a third Town Center in the Creekside/Muldoon area.

Community Council Redistricting
council map In 2003 and 2004 the Anchorage Assembly established new community council boundaries, culminating the first comprehensive review of neighborhood boundaries in nearly 30 years.

Eagle River CBD Revitalization Plan

University-Medical District Framework Master Plan
