Title VI Program Update
The Municipality of Anchorage Public Transportation Department is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of its services, or subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. The MOA PTD Title VI Program report documents the Municipality of Anchorage, Public Transportation Department's compliance with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act in providing transit services. FTA requires all direct and primary recipients document their compliance by submitting a Title VI Program to their FTA Regional Civil Rights Officer once every three years, with an update to the current Title VI Program report due May 31, 2015.
A draft of the Title VI Program update is available for public review and comment from March 12, 2015 until April 2, 2015 at 5p.m.

Eagle River Connect - Proposed Schedule Change
Public Comment Period for the Eagle River Connect shedule change proposal will run from February 25, 2015 to March 31, 2015.
The new schedule will go into effect during People Mover's scheduled Service Change, June 1, 2015.
