Subject: Police Ask for Public’s Help in Identifying Jewelry Thief

Anchorage Police are asking the public for help in identifying a local jewelry thief. Police have received multiple reports of a male who visits jewelry stores, gains the trust of the staff, takes possession of jewelry and runs off with it. So far, police have identified three local jewelry stores in which he has stolen from. The suspect has left the stores in a blue Ford Explorer, with yellow license plates. He is reported to have a tattoo on his left wrist of text and wore an earring in each ear.
