Summer Tennis (2 Week Sessions)
Discover the fun & fitness of tennis, a game you can play for a lifetime. Through partnership with the Alaska Club and its tennis pros, learn the basic elements of forehand, backhand, volleys, serve, fitness, footwork, and much more. Special drills and games present tennis essentials in an enjoyable way and develop skills in hand-eye coordination, agility, movement, and balance while learning the fundamentals and rules of tennis. Kincaid Adventure Camp
Spend the summer discovering the joys of Kincaid Park. Campers will learn about animal tracking, hiking, kite and rocket building, map making, outdoor cooking, orienteering, beach combing and more. June 6-10 - Discovery Week
Explore the trails and find out about the animals and their homes in the park.

June 13-17 - Up, Up & Away
We’ll learn about flying things from insects and birds to kites and rockets.

June 20-24 - Wilderness Week
Learn how to make a shelter, cook over a campfire and use a map and compass.

June 27-July 1 - Water Works
Experience canoeing on Little Campbell Lake, make a cardboard boat and see if it floats, learn about the aquatic life that lives around and in the lake.

July 5-8 - Pathfinding
Learn to use a map and compass to explore the park. Activities include map making, orienteering and the geography of the park.

July 11-15 - Water Works 2

July 18-22 - Earthworks
Did you know there's a sand dune in Kincaid Park? How does erosion happen? Who uses the pond? Findout the answers to these questions and more.

Celebrate summer by hiking to the beach, playing on the sand dune, making rockets and more.
Challenge British Soccer Camp
Join talented coaches from Britain who make learning soccer fun in this week long camp. Learn soccer skills within a framework of character development based on respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership and sportsmanship. A great summer opportunity for teens to give back to their community, gain skills, and beef up that resume. Volunteens will be working at various parks and with organizations all over Anchorage, learning about volunteer opportunities in a supervised environment. For ages 12-16 yrs.
