HOME Investment Partnerships Program

HUD'S HOME Investment Parnerships Program provides grant and loan funding for affordable housing. The Department of Neighborhoods is responsible for allocating HOME funds to various projects in the Municipality of Anchorage.

 Home Programs

• AnCHOR (Anchorage Community Homeowners Resource): Helps low- to moderate- income families with assistance for homeownership.  The Program assists firstime homeowners by funding a portion of the downpayment and closing costs.
• Homeowner Rehab
• HARP (Housing Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program)
• ADDI (American Dream Down Payment Initiative)
• Housing First Production (1 and 4 Bedroom Units)
• CHDO Housing Production Projects
• AHI CHDO Demonstration Program
