Affordable Homeownership Program

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity, Anchorage

Under this program Habitat for Humanity purchases sites for the construction of affordable housing for low to moderate income households through CDBG, managed by the Department of Neighborhoods.  Sites aquired through CDBG funds and construction of new single-family housing units will be completed using other funds and volunteered labor, administered by Habitat for Humanity.
