An end-of-life replacement of a 17 year-old phone system presented the Municipality with an opportunity to adopt a next-generation solution running on the Municipality’s data network.  The solution provides added functionality, stability and reliability to the communications infrastructure and is vastly easier to integrate with already existing MOA computing systems.  The VOIP system will save cost for the MOA by reducing the need to add to cable plants in Municipal buildings. Additionally, the system introduces improved efficiencies in phone administration and management.
