Plans and Reports

The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) is a participating jurisdiction that is eligible to receive U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) monies for Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).  The MOA is required to submit a Consolidated Plan that covers a five-year period that outlines the intended distribution of these dollars.  To meet this requirement, the MOA submitted the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan.  As part of the Consolidated Plan, the MOA also completed the 2013 Action Plan that describes how the MOA intends to invest its CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds for the 2013 program year: January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.  This is the first time that these reports were required to be completed and submitted to HUD through the Integrated Disbursement & Information System (IDIS).  This system combined the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan and the 2013 Action Plan into one report and dictated the format and space available for content.  CSD prepared two versions of these reports: 1) the IDIS version and 2) a public friendly version.  The public friendly version was separated into two documents and contains additional information not included in the IDIS version.
