Air Pollution Monitoring

Carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations are monitored from October 1 through March 31. Hourly CO measurements are collected at four locations in the Anchorage bowl. Particulate (PM-10 and PM-2.5) concentrations are monitored every day year-round in Anchorage and every six days in Eagle River (PM-10 only).
