Direct Services

Reproductive Health Clinic

All services provided at the RHC clinic are confidential. Clinic fees are based on a sliding-scale. To apply the sliding scale to your services, please provide proof of income at the time of visit*. If you do not have insurance and are unable to pay your entire balance at the end of your visit due to extenuating circumstances, an office associate will work with you to establish a payment plan and make a down payment

*As of January 1, 2012 all clients 20 years of age or older will be required to provide yearly proof of income if applying to receive a discount at our clinic.
Proof of income may include the following:  
·     Paycheck stub, 1040, W2, or a letter from the employer
·     Social Security or unemployment check stub/award letter
·     Letter of reference from a 501 (c)(3) or case worker
Clients who decline to provide this information will be ineligible for a discount. 

Appointments are strongly encouraged, please arrive on time. As a courtesy to our other clients, we will have to reschedule you if you arrive 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

Types of services and when you can schedule an appointment
  • Schedule up to 1 week in advance

    • Initial Exams and Annual Exams
  • Schedule up to 24 hours in advance
    • Sexually Transmitted Infection Evaluation and Treatment
    • Birth Control Refills
    • Pregnancy Tests
    • Blood Tests for HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis
For lab test results leave a message on our TEST RESULT MESSAGE LINE - 343-4211 and a nurse will get back to you within 24 hours.
Our Purpose

To promote the sexual and reproductive health for men and women through:

  • direct clinical services that prevent unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections
  • health education presentations
  • professional staff training

Costs for Services:

If you are unable to pay for services at the time of your visit, we can bill you and/or set up a payment plan.

Services can be discounted based on income and family size. You will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
