​The Community Safety & Development program manages U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) monies for Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). There are three types of planning and reporting documents produced by CSD:​

  • ​The Consolidated Plan provides long-range plan for a 5-year period.
  • The Action Plan is produced each year and describes how funding will be spent during the calendar year.
  • The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provide a progress report each year
