Delinquent Criminal/Civil Fines and Fees (DCF)

The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) will not accept payments on cases that have been referred to our 3rd party collection agency.

If a payment on a referred case is mailed or delivered to the MOA rather than to the collection agency, significant delays may occur, and your payment may not be processed in a timely fashion.

If your case has been referred to collections, you must pay the collection agency directly. Click here for Municipal Service Bureau or Click here for Professional Credit collection agency's contact information.
