Delinquent Criminal/Civil Fines and Fees (DCF)
The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) will not accept payments on cases that have been referred to our 3rd party collection agency.
If a payment on a referred case is mailed or delivered to the MOA rather than to the collection agency, significant delays may occur, and your payment may not be processed in a timely fashion.
If your case has been referred to collections, you must pay the collection agency directly. Click here for collection agency's contact information.
Payment may be made by mail or in-person on cases not yet referred to our 3rd party collection agency. Checks, money orders, cashier's checks or travelers checks must be made payable to "Municipality of Anchorage" or "MOA". Important: Write your full case number on the memo line of your check (Example: 3AN-10-99999CR)
